KICKBOXING & BOXING CLASSES WITH KNOCKOUT RESULTS

We designed this group workout to break away from intimidating MMA gyms.  All fitness and experience levels are welcome. You will be introduced to fundamentals and technique in every class. With the Book A Bag system, you'll be on your own dedicated heavy bag and space. There is zero sparring or partner work. You're in control of the output and how much you push yourself. Because there's nothing more empowering than hitting a heavy bag, you'll get a sweat session as well as a therapy session! 

THE Heavy Bag Room

Here's where it all goes down. The heavy bag room is fully blacked from the outside and dimly lit with red & blue lights only. The surround sound speaker & microphone system will have you jamming out to a hype playlist while still being able to hear the instructor the entire time.

All heavy bags are tethered on top and bottom for minimal swinging. 20 heavy bags per class. One kickboxer per bag.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FIRST TIME?

Don’t be intimidated. Classes are All-Levels and do not require experience. Most clients come to Knockout never having done a kickboxing class before. The instructor will guide the workout and also demonstrate proper technique throughout class. You will never be put on the spot or made to feel self-conscious by the instructor. Bonus: the heavy bag room is blacked out and dimly lit with red & blue lights which keeps visibility low and the experience oh so badass.

Running late

Clients more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to enter class. 

First-timers will not be allowed to enter class more than 5 minutes late.

If you’re running late, call the front desk and we'll do our best to hold your bag. Bags will be given away 3 minutes after the start of class to waitlist clients.

6 Hr. CANCELLATION - No penalty

You must “UNRESERVE” your class no later than 6 hours before the scheduled class time. To do this, log in to your Knockout account and go to “My Classes.”

For Series users, you will receive the class credit back to your account. For Champion members, you will avoid the $10 fee.

LATE CANCEL / No SHOW

If you are within 6 hours of class and determine you cannot make it, please "LATE CANCEL" online under “My Classes.” No-show is the failure to Late Cancel and leaving yourself enrolled in a class that you do not attend.

Penalty for Late Cancel / No Show: For Series users, you will forfeit the class credit on your package. For Champion members, you will receive a $10 Fee.

CLASSPASS

Knockout is a “Top Classpass Studio” several years in a row! Please know that if you need to reserve, cancel, late-cancel, or re-book, you need to do it through your Classpass account. Knockout has zero ability to manage your Classpass reservations and zero control over how cancellations impact your Classpass credits.

GEAR FOR CLASS

Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required in class. All gear is available when you check-in. Feel free to bring your own gear as well if you have it. MMA gloves or fingerless gloves are not allowed to be substituted for boxing gloves.

What to wear & BRING

Regular workout gear and athletic shoes are required.

Bring a water bottle. We have a water fountain with a bottle filler if you need a refill. Sport cap Bottled Water (24 oz) is available for $3 at the front desk.

Everyone is provided a gym towel at their heavy bag before class.

There is a large shower available that is stocked with shampoo + conditioner, body wash, and towels. Each restroom is also stocked with a blow dryer, dry shampoo, and deodorant.

DRAMA FREE PARKING

Our parking lot has plenty of spots directly in front of Knockout. No garage parking, street parking, or meters! 

GIFT CARDS

Send any series to someone by purchasing an online gift card through the BUY A PACKAGE page. Gift card email delivery can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance.
