THE WORKOUT


KNOCKOUT CLASSES COMBINE HEAVY BAG WORK + BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES FOR AN INTENSE FULL-BODY WORKOUT! THIS is seriously effective for toning + STRENGTHENING AND BUILDING ENDURANCE + STAMINA.

PUNCHING + KICKING COMBOS ARE BEAT-BASED AROUND HIGH-ENERGY MUSIC IN A DIMLY LIT ROOM WITH AN INSTRUCTOR GUIDING CLASS THE ENTIRE TIME.

RESERVE YOUR SPOT IN CLASS WITH THE BOOK-A-BAG SYSTEM. EACH HEAVY BAG IS NUMBERED GIVING YOU A DEDICATED WORKOUT SPACE. YOU WILL STAY ON YOUR HEAVY BAG THROUGHOUT CLASS AND THERE’S NEVER ANY SPARRING OR PARTNER WORK.

DON’T BE INTIMIDATED. MOST PEOPLE WHO COME TO KNOCKOUT HAVE NEVER DONE KICKBOXING BEFORE. CLASSES ARE ALL-LEVELS AND DO NOT REQUIRE KICKBOXING/BOXING EXPERIENCE. PROPER TECHNIQUE WILL BE DEMONSTRATED THROUGHOUT CLASS.

 
 

CLASSES OFFERED


KICKBOXING

45-minute Kickboxing class combining the basics of punching and kicking techniques on the heavy bag. Every class includes a shadowboxing warm-up, bodyweight drills between kickboxing combos, core blasting section, and ends with a grand finale Power Song where you push yourself to the limit and walk out a Champion.

POWER HOUR: The Signature Kickboxing class for 60-min for those that want to go the extra rounds.

All fitness and experience levels.

BOXING

45-minute Boxing class utilizing the timeless fundamentals of boxing. You’ll throw rounds of jab, cross, hook, and uppercut combos while working in rounds of conditioning. Each class has a shadowboxing warm-up, a core blasting section, and a grand finale Power Song where you push yourself to the limit and walk out a Champion. Boxing rounds and conditioning will build endurance, strength, and stamina.

 
 

BAGS & WEIGHTS

45 minutes of punching and kicking on the heavy bag, mixed with strength exercises using dumbbell weights.

Grab a set of light dumbbells for warm-ups and shadowboxing and a set of heavy dumbbells for the strength exercises like squats, lunges, etc.

No experience necessary; proper technique will be instructed.

Light Dumbbell Options:

2 lbs, 3 lbs

Heavy Dumbbell Options:

5 lbs, 8 lbs, 10 lbs
