THE WORKOUT 

knockout's signature KICKBOXING class 

The 45-minute group kickboxing class combines heavy bag work with body weight exercises around intense training intervals (HIIT) targeting core, legs, butt, and arms. Punch and kick combos are beat-based around high-energy music that will inspire you to kick some a**. Each of the 24 heavy bags are numbered giving you a dedicated space to brawl out with zero contact, sparring, or partner work. 

Variations of our signature class

  • POWER HOUR - 60 minute class - enough said.
  • KICKBOXING & KILLER CORE - 45 minute class with combinations and body weight exercises that emphasize use of core muscles. Be sure to tag Knockout in those 6-pack selfies!
  • KICKA$$ KICKBOXING - 45 minute class with heavy emphasis on some of our favorite assets, legs and glutes.

PRIVATE Training

Work 1-on-1 to learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of kickboxing. This hour long class is led by a professional kickboxing coach that will meet you at your skill level and build from there. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how to throw proper punches and kicks plus learn the importance of footwork. Develop your skills and bring that knowledge to your next group class!
