THE WORKOUT 

 

KICKBOXING CLASS

KNOCKOUT offers a signature 45-minute group kickboxing class that combines heavy bag work with body weight exercises around intense training intervals targeting core, legs, butt, and arms. Movements are paired with high-energy music that inspires you to push limits. Each heavy bag is numbered allowing your own dedicated personal space with zero contact, sparring, or partner work.

 

COMBOS & CONDITIONING

This small group, 45 minute class is limited to 10 people. Led by, Matt "The Crowbar" Hobar, a previous UFC legacy title holder. Matt will breakdown the technical aspects of all punches and kicks + explain the importance of proper footwork. This technical class will focus on combinations on the heavy bag mixed with plyometric conditioning drills. If you are interested in learning the fundamentals of kickboxing, this class is a must. 

 

PRIVATE Training

Work 1-on-1 to learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of kickboxing. This hour long class is led by a professional kickboxing coach that will meet you at your skill level and build from there. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how to throw proper punches and kicks plus learn the importance of footwork. Develop your skills and bring that knowledge to your next group class!
