THE WORKOUT 

KICKBOXING 

Our signature 45-minute group kickboxing class combines heavy bag work with body weight exercises around intense training intervals (HIIT) targeting core, legs, butt, and arms. Punch and kick combos are paired with high-energy music that inspires you to push limits. Each heavy bag is numbered allowing your own dedicated personal space with zero contact, sparring, or partner work.

FORM & FOOTWORK

If you are interested in learning the fundamentals of kickboxing, this class is a must. Form & Footwork is a small group, 60 minute class limited to 10 people. Matt "The Crowbar" Hobar, a UFC legacy title holder, will breakdown the technical aspects of punches, kicks, and footwork. This technical class will focus on building a strong kickboxing foundation that you can take to your next group class.

PRIVATE Training

Work 1-on-1 to learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of kickboxing. This hour long class is led by a professional kickboxing coach that will meet you at your skill level and build from there. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how to throw proper punches and kicks plus learn the importance of footwork. Develop your skills and bring that knowledge to your next group class!
